This ISI Privacy Policy discloses the privacy practices for www.sourceindex.com and www.sourceindex.com. This policy applies solely to information collected by these websites and in products including software provided by ISI (collectively, “ISI Software”).

ISI may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time by posting an amended Privacy Policy on our website (https://www.sourceindex.com/privacy.html or https://www.sourceindex.com) 30 days prior to going into effect. You will be notified by email if any substantial amendments are made prior to this date. Your continued use of ISI Software constitutes your acceptance of the amended privacy policy. The information ISI gathers through ISI Software is and will be subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time the information is gathered. Submitting your information to us and using ISI Software constitutes your consent to the Agreement which includes this ISI Privacy Policy and ISI Terms of sale, all applicable product terms of use (including The Bearing Expert) and all additional terms and conditions, policies, and statements.

 

Information Collection, Use and Sharing

ISI is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We only have access to / collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. This information will personally identify you as a user with a customer account to access ISI Software and also be used as a means to contact you. This information includes but not limited to, your name, phone number, email address, business addresses, and any other information that could be used to personally identify you. We collect other information as part of registration and the administration and personalization of your account (“Non Identifying Information”) that includes but is not limited to your zip code, general information about your business and operations, and individual preferences.

Usage Data are collected from the computing or mobile device you use when you access ISI software through a website using Web browser software for by using a mobile application.

ISI websites use cookies and other technologies to collect information about how ISI Software is being used. Our websites primarily use cookies to facilitate website content loading and distribution. Our websites only use first party cookies (i.e. Cookies that send data directly to ISI).  You have the option to disable cookies in your web browser but doing so will limit certain features on ISI software.

The user information that ISI collects is used by ISI in order to provide ISI software to you; to process your transactions/ to respond to your inquiries and otherwise communicate with you about your access to and use of ISI software; to improve the content of and operation of ISI software; to develop ISI software and other ISI product s and service: and to operate the ISI software.
